Awesome service

I booked porta-potties for my wedding, and they never showed up. Even after I called and was told they would be there. My money was refunded, but that didn't help the bathroom situation at my reception.

Low cost and never any issues. Pick up is always on schedule

I rented a portable toilet, for a weekend 2 years ago, it was delivered and picked up as agreed, however I am still receiving invoices as though this is an ongoing contract. I have attempted on several occasions to settle this and they will not clear it out. Very unprofessional , unorganized and unsettling. I was even contacted by an extremely rude collections agent.It is amazing how for every bad review they have the same manufactured answer, Stay away from these people

Great company to work with! We used them for our wedding and I was very particular when shopping around. Arwood was very good with answering all of my questions in a timely manner and followed up after our event. Highly recommended!

This company is a joke. They sub everything to your local contractors and grab a quick profit. This wouldn't be terrible if you receive some sort of customer service for that fee. However, they offer worse than terrible customers support, every person in this company I spoke to is absolutely incompetent. They are worse than dealing with a telemarketer. To top it off they continue to try and bill you after the service is over. Save yourself the headache... Go direct and support the local businesses.

Excellent service. We have been with this service less than a year but we already like it. They have nice big blue cans that hold a lot of trash. The price is very reasonable and we like the convenience of paying online for three months at a time. They take care of their cans. I have noticed cans some of my neighbors have from other companies, and after pickup their cans are just tossed on the ground and some end out in the street . Our men empty the can and then roll it back onto the driveway and out of the traffic.
