quick,knowledgeable help. No BS, no unnecessary questions and didn't have to repeat over and over. Spoke and understood English!!! Yeah!!!

We were given a quote via phone for a hand wash station. I asked if the quote included everything or if there might be additional charges I was told it was the total price. I even asked if it included delivery... I also requested they send the quote via email. Which I discovered after sending it to my boss, was not a quote at all, but a link to their website and the higher price. After getting a go ahead from our community committee I called back just a few hours from getting the quote. I was told that it would be more than the quote. I asked to speak to a supervisor- he would not honor the information that a representative of this company gave me. Knowing that this company does not stand behind their reps, I am very reluctant to do business with you. If I call again and get a different office again.. who knows what they would decide to say. Very poor business practices.

Great experience from scheduling to delivery to pickup.

The customer service rep at “Affordable Dumpster” in Strongsville was AWESOME. She was so efficient and supportive and knowledgeable. She made a lot of suggestions and was very insightful about my specific needs in regards for Dumpster selection, size, length of time, etc. She totally stands out in my mind as one of the best customer service reps that I have encountered. She was polite and professional, organized and efficient. Great experience so far!!!!

I will never use this company again. The first time I used them they tried charging me for going over the 10 days when I called to have pick up on day 8. Second time I used them they couldn’t get my dumpster to me in the morning which I requested and it showed up late afternoon. Held up my work. They also use 3rd party services and overcharge to make their money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Arwood waste!
