Unending harassment if you switch to another company! My family and I have notified Arwood waste over a dozen times that we're no longer using their services (primarily because our HOA provides access to trash services for less than a third of the price Arwood is charging). They keep spamming my email account with invoices and calling me to demand payments that I do not owe. All of this is bordering on harassment, and I'm considering getting a lawyer involved just to make the unwanted contact stop.
