I really like their ink, but the website never remembers me and I have to re-register just about every time I order ink. I also used to receive order confirmations, plus the ink arrived a lot quicker. Overall, though, the ink is a good price, good quality, and worth the hassle.

Not much else to tell. I received an email with a link on things to try but have not yet been able to make it work. I realize that sometimes things get through the manufacturing process with an imperfection. I just want a color cartridge that works. It isn't your fault, it isn't my fault. I can send the cartridge back along with the used black cartridge for remanufacturing if you would like. Let me know. thanks. J.R. Jones 615-934-0917

I've done a lot of business with you guys. Sam was very patient and helpful with my questions about a set of ink cartirdges I wanted to buy. I have a different printer now, and so the cartridges are different. Sam even called me back to assure me that the cartidges I ordered are the right ones. I haven't received the cartridges from ASAP yet, but will let you know if they are fine.

ASAP Injets carries an extensive line of money-saving remanufactured carts and limited OE carts (at slightly lower retail store prices). Wherein lies the rub: remanufactured carts for less popular/new printers are not available .An unacceptable do-it-yourself refill kit substitute is offered with less than stellar results.Would I reccommend this company's products? A resounding Yes being mindful of the above caveats.

It was really easy to order my ink cartridges from asapinkjets.com. They have always been prompt with delivery too and I have never had any problems. I was tickled pink when I got the package because they`re reliability always makes my day.

Today at 7:11 pm EST, I telephoned to place an order. Amy answered the telephone, and I told her that I wanted to place an order for the HP: 60XL/HP61XL using the 15% Coupon and Free Shipping. I asked Amy to clarify “We have just released new/improved versions for these popular models: HP: 60XL/61XL. According to Amy, she had to ask a technical person. I asked Amy to let me speak to the technical person. However, Amy put me on hold for more than 15 minutes before she came back to my call with an answer. Notwithstanding, I told Amy that I wanted to place an order for HP: 60XL/61XL, but I wanted her to quote me a price. According to Amy, she had to bring her computer on. While I was waiting for Amy again for a price quote, Amy hung up on me. I’ve been a loyal customer! I decided to call back to place my order. Steven answered the phone, and took my Order No. 16881. Steven transferred me to the accounting dept. to give my credit card information for Order No. 16881. Amy answered the telephone, but when Amy heard my voice, Amy hung up on me again. Patrick called me back! I was so angry with Amy that she had hung up on me twice, and wasted more than 1 hour of my valuable. I explained to Patrick what Amy had done, and told Patrick not to transfer me to Amy. My complaint is that Amy is incompetent and unprofessional. This isn’t an isolate incident with Amy. Amy is losing business customers and money for your company. If you are in business to make a profit, you need to fire Amy.

I ordered replacement inkjet cartridges from ASPInkjet and I inadvertently gave the wrong shipping address for the order. After 2 weeks went by and I still didn't have my order, I called to find out what was going on. I was told that the order was shipped to an address that....well....it wasn't the wright one. My fault! The customer service agent told me that the order was being returned to them. So I said that I would just wait for the order to be returned and be re-processed and re-shipped to the correct address (which he now had). He told me that I didn't have to wait, that he could simply refund the money to my CC and place another order so that I didn't have to wait for the order to be returned and then re-shipped. "Cool!" I said. --If I had only known-- Five days later I got my order. And 10 days later, I got a duplicate order. No refund to the CC was ever made. The order was simply duplicated. I guess that'll teach me to check, re-check, and triple check the shipping address I give on any subsequent orders. Respectfully, -Joe-
