We've been ordering from ASAP Inkjets for years, and through several models of printer. They are the best! There's no reason to pay those ridiculously high prices for ink from the printer manufacturer. Try ASAP, you will love them!

The ink is great but I wish the ink level indicators would work on my UP printer

When I ordered the ink, it didn't say out of stock... I was notified a week later it had to be back ordered. I got it a month after I placed the order. Wasn't fast delivery for me.

Poorly "packaged" cartridges, i.e., shipped in cellophane, in bubble envelope, no hard paper protection of cartridges, nor of entire order. As a result - 2 cartridges arrived damaged. Phone calls to support were almost unintelligible (with heavy accent and desperately trying to read their script, which did not fit my description). Burden of proof on customer to do all the work - in spite of obvious bad packaging. Can't figure out why this company is in business. Who would place a 2nd order?

I ordered ink for my Epson WF-3540. I ordered a bundle that included 10 cartridges. When the ink finally arrived, it was in my mail box frozen. The ink does not work. After several cleanings and whatnot, the black did not print even once but it is empty. (So where did the ink go???) and the three other colors are still just faintly showing up. But they are also empty, (again, where did the ink go???)

Hello, we are sorry that you had trouble with your inks. You are reporting that they arrived frozen, this could only be caused by extreme temperatures, which have been the case in some parts of the country, and if the shipping carrier left them outside or exposed to the freezing weather. This will damage the cartridges, so this explains why you are having trouble. Although we could try file a claim with the carrier, we would be happy to replace them for you so please email us with your order number so we can fix this for you.
