We love hearing that the finished piece looks even better in person than it did in the photos. Thanks for sharing your excitement with us.

The frame is perfect! I was able to order samples to help make my decision. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast! Also, packaging was excellent to prevent damage. I will definitely be purchasing more frames in the future.

This is a great company to get frames from. The only trouble I've had is having to fight to get a new frame sent one a broken one is received. Excellent pricing and shipping times. I really like being able to put a image in the frame so I can pick the proper one.
Response from ArtToFrames· Sep 18, 2026
Adam, we’re glad you enjoy the pricing, fast shipping, and being able to preview your image in the frame before ordering. We’re sorry the replacement process has felt more difficult than it should when a frame arrives damaged. We appreciate the feedback and your continued business.

My first shipment did not go well, the glass was broken and the frame was damaged. When I shipped it back there gave me the option to reorder, or get a Refund. I reorder and was happy with how fast i got it, and this time it was in good shape. The frame worked out well and now is hanging in my dining room wall

We’re sorry the first shipment arrived with broken glass and a damaged frame, but we’re glad the reordered frame reached you quickly and in good condition. It’s great to hear everything worked out and the finished frame is now hanging in your dining room.
