The product was super delayed and when it arrived it smelled of just alcohol. It was unbearable and we will never order from here again.

Never received the item. When I contacted customer service, they blamed the post office, even though they acknowledged there were problems and a more than month long delay. Won't do business with them again.

Around five of my essential oils spilled inside the package, the rest was okay. The product is amazing in every single day, but I wish I could've experienced the lost oils.

Had an package get to my residence way after the expected delivery date, when I received the items they were clearly not as advertised and I felt scammed.I sent multiple emails asking for help and none were answered. Even today when I see art naturals products in the store I just keep walking. After such a terrible customer service experience, I don't even trust this company or the quality of their products, I imagine that they are consistently terrible.
