Not sure how I could review my product when you would not send them to me. I tried to order 3 times and never received anything. Customer service was awful to deal with!!!!!!

Did not receive order. Failed to respond to BBB complaint after unsuccessful attempts to resolve via email. Not able to contact via phone. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

The hand sanitizer I bought from you -- many bottles -- was found to have unsafe levels of benzene. You should recall this product and refund your customers. Documented by valisure in their blog in April.

I placed an order and was waiting for my order to be shipped. I waited for about 10 days but it didn't ship so I contacted their support to learn they ran out of stock and refunded my money. I was expecting more professional conduct from Art anaturals. I should have been informed earlier if they ran out of stock/ shouldn't have let me checkout in the first place. I have ordered from art naturals in the past as well and never had this problem before. I hope this is an isolated incident. As far as their products and quality are concerned, they are hard to beat and come second to none.

I never received my products and out $70. Contacted customer service several times and never got thru on the phone and never an email back until it was over the allowed time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My package was received opened and leaking, mostly gone. I contacted you, you said you would send new products and that never happened.
