This company has done a terrible job as we had several AC issues that we recently bought a year ago. ARS have been to our house several times to resolve AC issues thar have not been resolved. ARS charge several high out of pocket service maintenence and diagnostic at home visit. Not able to speak to a live agent on the phone and instead speak to an Artificial Intelligence agent. I am disappointed in the service and professionalism. Not recommended!

After convincing us to buy two AC units just to find out that’s the ones we were supposed to replace was fixed and used on my other properties. The ones we bought had problems . They prolonged the issue till the warranty ran out so basically it’s a business scheme. They just create more business for work.

Trent was here at 8:30 pm on July 3rd, very after attentive to my ac needs. He was willing to put in unit on July 4th but I could not make the arrangements. The installation went very smooth. The gentleman were very kind and got me up and running soon as they arrived. My unit is working great and I am thankful for cold air

My water heater went out and they came to give me a bid and did the replacement same day. They can work through Home Depot so it was easy to put it on my HD credit card to pay out with no interest. How convenient. Super friendly, super fast, super clean.
