We’re very sorry to see this experience and understand why receiving damaged furniture after a long wait would be frustrating and disappointing. We take situations like this seriously and would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. First, we sincerely apologize for the extended delivery time. We understand that waiting significantly longer than expected is frustrating, and we do not intend to minimize that experience. However, we would like to clarify that the statement that we simply “refused a full refund” does not accurately reflect how we handle damaged-item cases. When a customer reports damage, our support team reviews the specific circumstances and works with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, repair, or refund depending on the situation. We also do not believe it is fair to characterize the furniture as “cheap-quality” based solely on an individual experience with a damaged shipment. Damage occurring during transportation and the underlying quality of the product are separate issues, and we investigate reported damage on a case-by-case basis. We would be happy to review this customer's order and the complete communication history to ensure that the matter was handled appropriately. If the reviewer can provide the order number through Trustpilot, we will gladly investigate the case again and work toward an appropriate resolution. We value legitimate customer feedback, including criticism, and we are always willing to make things right when something has gone wrong. At the same time, we believe prospective customers deserve a complete and accurate picture of what occurred rather than relying solely on broad statements or conclusions. We’re very sorry for the delay and the frustrating experience you’ve had with your order. When the order was delivered, the photos you provided showed damage to one of the cabinet legs. We offered to send you a replacement leg at no additional cost and also provided a detailed English assembly manual. However, we fully understand and respect that you preferred to return the item instead. We would also like to clarify one misunderstanding regarding the return address. The address we provided is located in Ontario, California, United States, not Ontario, Canada. It is our U.S. return warehouse address. We sincerely apologize that we have not yet been able to issue a return label due to a temporary issue with our return system. This is not an attempt to prevent your return or avoid issuing a refund. Your return request is still being handled, and we are working with our logistics team to restore the system and arrange the return properly. We completely understand why the delays and communication surrounding this process have caused concern, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We kindly ask for a little more time while we arrange the return, and we will continue following up until the matter is resolved.
