You all just send whichever company you contract with. Some of these companies are known for their terrible customer service/care. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the ineptitude of the two service personnel who came for my recent service request. I intend to cancel coverage.

It took them three weeks before the servicemen came to check our ice maker and it was because I called the company to see when they were coming and then another week to order the parts so he can fix it. Now they have to get authorization from the company to order the ice tray that dispenses the ice. So I'm still waiting for an answer. The servicemen was nice and helpful.

They replaced my water heater when it was discovered my old one was leaking. Very happy with my home warranty!

Would have liked more timely updates since the ticket was open for >24hrs. I had to follow up the next morning before a vendor was found.

This company sucks don't buy there bs insurance had problems with both ac units and would only cover one home warranty was bought not insurance for 1 ac unit duck this company
