Arhaus’s financing partner
Arhaus’s financing partner, Comenity Bank, is a fee mill dressed up as a credit card. They routinely slow-walk paper checks so they can slap on late fees (up to $41). Mail a payment on time and watch it sit uncredited long enough to cost you. On top of that, they charge a monthly fee just for sending a paper statement. Customer service is 100% offshore. When I asked for a U.S. representative I could actually understand, they hung up on me. High rates, deferred-interest traps, and deliberate friction designed to extract more money. Avoid financing anything through Arhaus/Comenity.
