I was really happy with the customer service I received from this company. Geoff went out of his way to meet a tight deadline I threw at him. The quality of service was excellent and the print quality was great!

Made an order with Arena after doing some shopping around for a better printing company that could work with my specifications. Boy was I blown away!! Immediate response and excellent customer service even when I was just finding out information. Ended up working with the team, shout out to Geoff Van Loo, who was able to answer all of my questions, get my order set up, and ready to go. Wait time for production of my order was extremely reasonable. Staff even at the front desk were always friendly and eager to help and take care of me. My end result was great quality and when there was something amiss with my order, Geoff himself came to explain the situation in person, and offered a solution right there on the spot. They were honest and upfront about it and handled the situation with fairness and composure. Couldn't be happier. Will be using them again from here on out for the easy process.

Says 2 - 4 day turn around. Arrived in 10. Thanks for the loss in revenue 👍 I’m not new to this process. I have been screen printing for almost a decade. Your site says 2-4 day turn around. If you take a week to approve my image doesn’t that make a 2-4 day turn around obsolete. Don’t project your mess ups on your customers. Seems an odd business tactic.

@AshleyStrange It looks like you might have gotten a bit confused between our advertised production time and UPS standard shipping. We advertise a 2-4 day production window from the time you approve the image and print proofs. You placed your order on October 22. You approved the image and print proof we sent you on October 24th. We shipped your order UPS ground- per your request- on October 25th. Looks like we nailed it on time which is pretty routine for us. Of course we don't control UPS and the time they need to deliver shipments. Next time, consider our same day rush option for just an additional $10. That guarantees same day production. Then, UPS options for next day, 2 day or expedited ground might just be what you need moving forward! I know you are new this and just had a hard time understanding the fine details. It happens. If it makes sense, we'd love the opportunity for all of us to get this right. In fact, if you'd like to try another Arena screen burn, now that you understand the process, we'd be happy to offer you a 50% discount. If not, best of luck to you and Compton Creep! - Team Arena

They were super helpful. The first screen I got something weird happened with the file that I sent because of the format. So I was able to figure out what happened and worked with Nathan to resolve the problem ! 10/ 10 would recommend if you are a artist and you need images burnt larger than the average 8x 10

We have now have two jobs completed by Arena Prints and both of them have been exactly what we asked for! The first two jobs were for embroidery only but we have met with one of Arena's executives and will be using them for an upcoming screen print order as well. Being that they are local is a huge bonus because I am able to drop off the items whenever I have them. We are so happy we found Arena and will be working with them on all of our printing needs!
