I had a small issue at first with the screen I got not looking like the proof I approved, however, the customer service here is amazing and they sent out a replacement very quickly. Even with the initial issue, the sample print I did looked very very clean and the quality here is very nice.

Always fast reliable service from Arena. Screen burning from my home set up is such a pain. Buy your pre burned screens from Arena. As long as your proofs are good, the screen will be amazing without chemicals and smells. Easy peasy!

I had a small issue so I replied to my confirmation email. I was extremely surprised to get a call from them the next morning. Super rare for this kinda customer service especially during CoVID. Ryan Thompson went far and above any costumer service I’ve ever experienced. He also out of kindness gave me a quick lesson on screen printing.
