I ordered these screens based off of the turnaround time listed on the website. It wasn’t until after the screens were purchased that I was made aware that the turn around time was almost double what was stated. I do feel that if things have changed due to volume (even if temporary), the website & the policy/faq’s should reflect that before hand. I ordered in August 5th & am still waiting as of August 17th at 6:30 p.m.

Canvas clogged after first use and opener did not work completely. Print is now faded/ some parts not going through enough.
