Arctic Grey, Ltd.Reviews of arcticgrey.com

Hannah has been awesome with the helping with the overall vision of what we wanted to accomplish when we set out on this re-platform and redesign. There were some minor hiccups along the way but they were handled both quickly and responsively. Great website development company.

My co-founder and I couldn’t be more happy with the performance and partnership we’ve developed with Arctic Grey over the last year. They listened to our business needs and really helped us understand the best practices associated with accomplishing our goals through our website. We are not ”tech” experts, so it was important that we found a parter with the ability to communicate effectively, help us understand the things we didn’t know, and execute on time and on budget. Our account lead, Hannah, is an absolute gem! She was and continues to be super responsive and helped us build a site that elegant, stylish and ready to build upon as our company grows. We are truly satisfied clients.

Our website FactoryDirectSupplyOnline.com would not be possible without Arctic Grey's help and support . Anthony and his Fantastic team not only helped us build the website, they also took the time to teach us how to make changes to keep our site updated and how to address and fix any possible issues and for us that was key. As a new E-Commerce business without a technical team we needed a lot of help and guidance, Arctic Grey was always available and very prompt to answer questions and take care of our requests. We are extremely happy with our website and will continue making improvements with Arctic Grey's support, they are Awesome !!!

Work flow was efficient and professional. They are quick to respond to emails and finish tasks in a timely manner. We are thrilled with how our website turned out!

We hired Arctic grey for a full sale channel build out for our Shopify store, the team developed our site exactly to how we envisioned it! The response time to for our assigned PM was minutes, worked thru every issue or change we requested. They went above and beyond the contract and our site is amazing and the experience and knowledge at Arctic Grey surpassed our expectations! Thanks for everything!

JANE + MERCER has been working with Arctic Grey for almost a year now and the experience has been stellar from the beginning. Arctic Grey came highly recommended after a not-so-great experience with our previous web developer, so our hopes and expectations were high—they certainly did not disappoint! Our goal was to create a beautiful and user-friendly site that embodies our brand values. Anthony and the Arctic Grey team more than delivered. They managed to work expeditiously, as we were on a tight timeframe, and also with patience. They have been great partners—very professional and responsive—and we could not be happier with the result.

Arctic Grey was recommended to us by Shopify as one of their preferred website designers. They had received excellent reviews from clients and we decided to go with them to rebuild our website about 1.5 years ago. Working with the Arctic Grey team has been great. They have designed a beautiful, very user-friendly shopping platform for our clients. They respond to us promptly, and we continue to have monthly calls with them to keep enhancing our site and keep it fresh. We would be happy to recommend Arctic Grey for their professionalism and superior delivery to any of our peers in women\'s fashion looking to develop or build their e-commerce platforms. In the past, we have used other developers, but Arctic Grey has by far been the best, and we look forward to continuing to work with them as our online sales grow. Thank you, Arctic Grey team!

The Cashmere Sale has been working with Anthony from Arctic Grey for the past 3 years. We needed to update our site after a somewhat terrible experience with our previous developer. Our goal was to create an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly site for us and our customers. Arctic Grey has done a great job of creating exactly what we visioned and more. We now have a website that we can easily manage. They met all of our expectations while providing a lot of insight with suggestions regarding marketing tools that we didn't know existed. They have been great partners very professional, comprehensive, and competent throughout the process. We continue to work together with a weekly touch base to tweak the site as things evolve and find our needs are met timely. We will continue to work with Arctic Grey in the future ... very happy we found them!
