We ordered some PS4 controllers literally a year ago and we still haven't received them. The company is refusing my partner a refund as they claimed they shipped them, but won't provide us a tracking number. Please don't order from this company

Took money over a year ago, no controller no refund. SCAM

In June 2020 I bought a controller but it didn't arrive until 4 months later. And then after a month of having it it stoped working. It then started working again but the dead stick had gone on it. So when I asked for my refund they sent me a reply back to let me check on something 28! days after I sent the email. When I sent them another email to ask again for my refund they never replied back. So I will never ever shop with these ppl again, and I would advise every body else not to because the things they sell are FAKE! This is a terrible company that needs to go out of business.😡😡😡🤬🤬😡🤬🤬

I ordered in May. Havent recieved my order yet. I get the same standard response every time I contact this fake company. They basicly stole 100$ from me and nothing I can do about it. So frustraiting.

Of I could give 0 stars I would, I order 1 controller and paid for faster shipping in April 2020 it’s February 2021 and I haven’t received it

Arctic Gamers needs to be out of business I ordered 2 game controllers in April of 2020 and haven’t gotten them yet. It’s really sad how ppl send their hard working money all I wanted was my money back since I never received my items. But as long as I live I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PPL AGAIN, I knew I show have ordered from Amazon in the first place. But if you ever want a controller don’t order from Arctic Gamers you will never get your items!!!!!!😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
