Working with Archway Publishing to…
Working with Archway Publishing to bring Call Me to the River to life has been an exciting experience. From the production process through publication, I appreciated having a team available to guide me through the many details involved in turning a manuscript into a finished book. Seeing my novel finally published and available to readers was an unforgettable moment. I’m grateful to everyone at Archway who played a part in helping Call Me to the River make that journey from my hands into the hands of readers. — Anise Horvath

A new author
The fact that everyone took a professional approach. The only negative is that being a new author the communication could be better and maybe having a dedicated email for any customer to get answers in a timely manner.
Response from Archway Publishing· Aug 25, 2026
Thank you, Ronald, and congratulations on your first book! We're glad the team was professional throughout, and your point about communication is very much appreciated. We are working hard to continually improve our communication, and we take this feedback to heart. All the best with your book!

Best in class
Amy Reese was my coordinator and she was professional knowledgeable and gave me the best directions for bringing the book across the finish line. Faye Lewis was my project manager and she was able to deliver on all the hard tasks that went in to making this trilogy what it is and the cover design was taken from a suggestion I made to being the most beautiful cover I could have hoped for and I am simply delighted!

Thank you! What a delight to read! Amy and Faye will both be so glad to hear this; we'll make sure they do. It's wonderful that Amy's guidance and Faye's work on the hard tasks helped bring your trilogy across the finish line. We love your cover, too. Congratulations on your trilogy!

The final book product is great, but the process needs improvement.
The final book product and listing on Amazon is great. However, the process to get there was difficult due to poor communication and lack of responsiveness to simple questions.
Response from Archway Publishing· Sep 2, 2026
RT, we’re glad you’re pleased with your finished book and its Amazon listing. However, getting there should not have been so difficult. Clear communication and timely answers are an important part of the publishing process, and we’re sorry we fell short. We appreciate your honest feedback.
