I have had the best service ever from Freddy Mann at Arch Lending. He is responsive to my inquires and is a man of his word. When he tells you what he can do he will do it. Very personable and upbeat to talk too. I have had the best experience ever with trying to do things online with Arch. They have a great website that is understandable and easy to use. They give you updates and follow ups about your loan health. This is really great as I don't want to keep logging in to see where I am at. This is where you want to be with your Crypto Loans!

There are lots of lending platforms, but Arch has been – by far – the easiest and most comprehensive I've ever used. The team is world-class at both customer service and crafting a brilliant UX. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It's a young company, which I think is a good thing in this case. I had a very hands-on, personal experience with them, but in a helpful way, without the aggressive sales feel of a lot of newer companies. The actual process for getting a loan is straightforward and turnaround times were quick. I especially appreciate their approach to custody, which creates a clear legal distinction between company and customer funds.
