The plants are always in excellent condition. Even with the mixup during the Hurricane they replaced everything at no cost. Great job guys!

It's been 2 weeks, my order hasn't shipped yet & I'm already receiving review emails so it isn't going well. I need my order.

Healthy plants and snails. Well packaged. Very pleased.

Plants were delivered in good shape, Received everything I ordered.

Shipping was crazy but the plants were still in excellent shape. I called their number and they assured me that if anything didn't show up in good shape they'd ship it out again for free. Everything showed up two days late but it went really well and the were all in good shape.

Plants were delivered by UPS and box was crushed damaging 3 out of 4. I sent emails with pics to them as well as UPS since I believed they should be held accountable. No response! Called and spoke to Mark who indicated he was busy and could not search for yesterday’s emails since they “get thousands of them each day”! He found one I sent today and stated that he “could not see any damage”, although it was a pic of the UPS box! He stated that someone would get back to me Monday or Tuesday of next week and then abruptly hung up the phone. NOTE: the condition of the plants sent were unsatisfactory with many stems rotting at the roots! Would not recommend dealing with this company! Mark’s reply to my review… “YOU’RE A F’N SNOWFLAKE !” But he spelled it out! My response… You just proved that you are a disrespectful individual! I look forward to hearing the reaction of the owners of your company to this email. Mark’s sarcastic retort… “PLEASE DON’T TELL MY BOSS !!!” My final response… How about the BBB of Tampa? BTW: I am a 68 year old Cancer Patient who works out three days a week and walks 3.5-4.5 miles a day. Does that fit your definition of a snow flake?
