Unethical Return Policy
This company has given me the run around for two months. I ordered a product that gave me insomnia. They high powered me to just exchange and get something else. I did and I can’t swallow their calcium. It gets stuck in my thrust. Now they say if you exchange you can’t get a refund. How terrible is that ? They say 100 per cent guaranteed or money back. Then they threatened me not to go to my credit card company. Beware of this company.

You have my money, I have no way to see if I'm getting a my product.
I placed an order with the company for over 160.00 on 4/30/2026. I have received no confirmation email even though I have reached out to them. Now when I go on the site it doesn't even acknowledge that I've ordered anything. When I ordered it said my product would be here by 5/06/2026. The money has been paid, so where is my product and why can't I get a confirmation and a way to track it?

I am not sure why my hemoglobin and…
I am not sure why my hemoglobin and iron levels have dropped considerably after taking Anemiaprin as directed for three months. I was expected more encouraging lab results. We have ruled out blood loss, and my PCP has recommended I go back to an over the counter Iron supplement and orange juice.

A bottle i purchased has a free bottle…
A bottle i purchased has a free bottle offer. I called after 30 minutes i was told to call back after 30 days. I called. After an hour of giving information order numbers etc. i was told to wait for an email with instructions. Every site the rep tried came up on my phone browser as a danger do not open. I called back ysterday. After two hours which included outright lies by the staff i insisted on a mgr. i was not allowed to talk but was told they wud again email instructions. After following the so called email it wud be another 6 wks before i received the free bottle and a confirmation wud not come for two wks. All that u had to do was to send me a free bottle or gov me a credit to buy another. Its ben 4 wks n 5 days. Nothing but runaround. I have spent 100s of dollars with u. Nevr again.

I recently received my order with…biotin
I recently received my order with Biotin, my concern is it looks totally different from the Biotin l have had in the past. How do I know what it really is? Different size, different color. I am not comfortable taking these.

Would have liked to use Approved…TIME WASTED
Would have liked to use Approved science product but shipping department changed my address 2 times and you can imagine the mess that made. Requested my money back.

The order arrived at least one day…
The order arrived at least one day later than I expected and I was out of town for five days when it arrived. I paid for expedited shipping. That is an unsatisfactory answer. You should clearly state on your website an order placed that day won’t ship until the next day. In addition, if shipped on Monday a second day makes it Tuesday when the order should have been delivered not Wednesday. Come on. Just apologize and admit you didn’t meet expectations that you set on your website.
