I bough 1 month of bloodsyl on 12/27/2024, didn't get the product - on 01/08/25 I sent an email asking what was going on - got an automated text message that they would get in touch ASAP. On 01/10/25 I called the company costumer service and after couple of minutes on hold they told me that they are sorry and my order would be shipped soon. Horrible company to do business. I can't tell if the product is legitimate - never got it.... Istvan Mozes

The product did not produce any weight loss. I sent two emails to their product support for a refund and was ignored. Apparently, product support is misnamed.

I place an order 2 months ago , every time I call , i was told "it's on the way" today I was told it is back order, out of stock and can not tell know when they will have the product. To refund my money it will take about 5 days. Frustrating

I ordered the Keto supplement for both myself and my husband. We both are following a strict keto diet but are having a hard time staying in ketosis so being that they say this supplement will put you in ketosis I ordered it. This supplement does absolutely nothing! It doesn't put you in ketosis (we use the blood test to check) and it doesn't suppress your apatite either. We've been using it for almost 2 months.

I placed a order about a week ago and it hasn't even been shipped yet. It hasn't been processed yet either. I really need this really bad to fight this parasite infection me and my husband both have. I hope I wasn't scammed because I spent a good amount of money on this product that we really need! Please help

I have now tried four separate times to place an order over the phone. I was not able to do it online because I couldn't use the 15% discount they gave me. Each time that I called when it came time to give my credit card information, magically they could no longer hear me and insisted on calling me back. The problem is they heard me fine for the 20 minutes prior to taking my credit card information. Then the woman said she would call me back and never did. This happened all four times. Also I was offered a product for $18.95 and could not get that ordering online either. I requested a supervisor call me and one never did. I requested a supervisor four times. You think that they would want to help a customer place an order. My order was supposed to be $117. It seemed very strange to me that there was no problem with communication until it came time to take my credit card. I am aware of scams out there where a company will call you back on a private line just so they can record your credit card information. They don't want to do it on the business line. Now I'm not saying that's what it was but it is very strange. Four attempts without being able to place an order and the same thing happening is ridiculous.

I placed an order for one bottle of Approved Science Bruise cream. I received no confirmation email. I called the "company" and they actually doubled my order to two bottles. I was told they would refund me for the second bottle. I asked for a confirmation email. Was told it was sent. It has never showed up in my email, which I had her read to me to ensure she had the correct email. I then told the agent to cancel my entire order. She said she did and still, I received no confirmation email. I am very concerned about getting my refund for the entire order. Something feels suspicious about them doubling my order and not receiving any emails from them. My bank cannot stop the processing the company has begun, so I will have to initiate a dispute and check claim status. Would not ever recommend ordering from this company.

My husband has Parkinson's for 11 years and he takes the Rstelex every day per his DR. and on bad days he will take 6 a day. I order 6 bottles when he get down to 3 I order 6 more because it takes forever to get them. They cancelled my order with no notification and I called and was told I could order again in "6 months" My husband needs them everyday. I threw a fit and talked to a Supervisor and she said she would sent it out but it will take 8-10 days to arrive and he is out now. I have been ordering them for over a year with no problem! The Quality of the Product is Awesome but can't say that for their customer service. No excuse was given for canceling. I don't understand why they can't ship the product out faster if I am willing to pay the extra expense. Snail Mail is not the best way to send out product in this day and age!
