CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AWFUL. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN AND RECEIVE A REFUND FOR SHIRTS I BOUGHT SINCE THE DAY I RECEIVED THEM 5 DAYS AGO. CALLS, EMAILS, SITE-BASED CHAT...NO ACTION. AT THIS POINT I'M SEEKING ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.

I recently placed an order with ApparelBus and unfortunately ran into an issue. My billing and shipping addresses didn’t match because I was shipping items to a printing company I work with, which is a common practice for me. Despite explaining the situation and offering verification, my order was delayed, and I was told they couldn’t ship to a different address. I understand the importance of policies, but this experience was frustrating because I needed the items urgently. I ultimately had to cancel the order, which has caused an inconvenience, as now I need to wait for the refund before purchasing again. I’m giving 3 stars because while their customer service did respond quickly, I felt the lack of flexibility and inability to resolve the issue was disappointing. Policies are important, but exceptions for verified customers could improve the experience.

The shirts I ordered fit true to size and excellent quality. The shipping and delivery of the shirts was very quick. I will definitely order from them again!

Wonderful company to do business with. Great pricing,fast service. No issues as of yet to test customer support. They certainly have me for a customer!

The prices are great, but like the saying goes....you get what you pay for. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I have called, texted, emailed and tried to do the live chat and no one is answering or responding to me. I have items missing from my order. Not cool.
