If you read the response to my review it is ridiculous. I am just asking the company to issue a refund or a credit for the items I will never receive. Instead, they apologize and say they are going to train their employees better, but there is no mention of delivering the items I bought or, at the very least, a credit. Here is my original review... I ordered three pairs of glasses and they delivered them to the wrong address. After several correspindences telling me I had to follow up with the delivery service, they sent me pictures of the delivery address with the package at the door and said I had to contact the person that recieved it to see if they would return it. I have no idea how to do that, nor do I want to bother the person it was delivered to. I asked for a credit and they said no. This is ridiculous. I usually order from Zenni and they are great with their customer service. I am writing to warn other customers to beware of this company and while their glasses selection is wonderful, it doesn't matter if they are going to charge you for items you never even received and then not give you credit.

We are extremely sorry for this terrible experience. Delivering to the wrong address, failing to take responsibility, and making you go to great lengths to resolve our mistake is absolutely unacceptable. We will immediately strengthen our customer service and logistics training to ensure this never happens again. Every customer deserves to be treated fairly and have their issues resolved properly and with respect.
