Frames are out of ordinary, chic, feel very good, just as presented. Price, so convenient that I can aford having a pair for every day of the week. I am on my third pair and I won't stop there.

Thank you so much for this lovely review! We are thrilled that you love our unique, chic frames which match the description on our site. It makes us happy to hear our prices are affordable enough for you to own multiple pairs. Congratulations on your third pair! We can’t wait to welcome you back for more. Enjoy your new glasses!

Ich habe leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Qualität ist ok. Leider sind 2 Brillen falsch geliefert worden. Keine Reaktion. Also von daher leider keine Empfehlung.

I have been trying to reach out about getting a return. The glasses feel cheap and it’s blurry around the edges of them. The sizing is also not accurate so one pair is huge and the other fits fine. I’ve reached out 3 times now to try to start a return and I cannot get an answer. It also keeps saying live chat isn’t open.
Response from Aoolia· Sep 24, 2026
Dear customer, We are sincerely sorry for your unsatisfactory experience with the glasses and the trouble you’ve had trying to request a return. It’s disappointing to hear the lenses are blurry at the edges, the frame quality feels cheap, and there is a sizing inconsistency between your two pairs. We also regret that your three messages went unanswered and the live chat was unavailable when you tried to reach us. We will prioritize your return request immediately. Our support team will contact you shortly to walk you through the return process and find a proper resolution for your order. Best regards, Aoolia Team

Still waiting. Aoolia responded to my negative review asking that I send my order number to customer service. I did exactly that and I’m having the same problem. They have not responded to me since 9/13 my review was posted. If someone is monitoring these reviews and wants to double check on my order # AOUS595755 that would be great because once again there is no way to reach them other than Email or a form on the website. I have done both of those things a number of times. This company is a total nightmare to work with.
Response from Aoolia· Sep 24, 2026
Dear customer, We are truly sorry for the ongoing frustration you’re experiencing. We see you submitted your order # AOUS595755 as requested after our reply to your review, yet you haven’t received any update since September 13. We will manually pull up your order file right away and escalate this case to our senior support team. We acknowledge your repeated attempts to reach us via email and web form, and we regret that those messages went unanswered. Someone from our team will contact you shortly with a concrete update and resolution for your case. Best regards, Aoolia Team
