Anthem is garbage. They talked us into spending 5k on tax abatement- they dragged it out for 18 months- and have gotten us nothing at all. We have to chase them to get them to respond to messages and once they had out money they were not proactive at all. Avoid these people.

Be very cautious when Dealing with Anthem don't enter into an agreement unless you have it reviewed by an attorney! there is a lack of accountability with Anthem! very slow to respond, ask 6 Questions get one answered as for as the Escalation team one telling statement i still struggle ( Poor service is not Breach of contract) as if to say you may have gotten poor service but you expected better??? I did but lesson Learned

"I recently worked with Blaine Urban and Anthem Tax Services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Blaine's professionalism and expertise made a complex tax issue feel much more manageable. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and transparent. I highly recommend Blaine and his team for anyone in need of expert tax assistance!"

Eric Hannah was wonderful. He listened patiently to my troubles with spending a lot of money with other Tax relief experts and and no solution he explained what should have happened and what I would need to do. He also took the time to make a phone call to the IRS and explained my issue and stayed on the phone while the IRS gentleman looked up my account. I could not have asked for a better person Thank you Eric!

This was a total disaster and a complete waste of money. We owed back taxes for 2022 and 2023 and after going back and forth with them for a year and half and paying them a large sum of money we got zero results and no reductions in what we owed. Please don’t fall for this money racket!!!!
