Well…we got it
Well…we got it. The installer has yet to get back to us so for now it’s just a bunch of boxes sitting everywhere!

Easy to find what was required. Backup for house appliances. Shipping was good.

Good product. Bad website
Good product, but too heavy for old people. Your website labelled the generator adapter differently (bypass vs generator adapter) in different places. Need to be able to search the website by part number. Send printed manuals with the equipment. We had ice storm. No power or internet.
