Band choices are very good
Band choices are very good. However, I do have problems with shortening the length of the band.

Great quality and color
The milanese bands are excellent! The bands are comfortable and the clasps are secure. The rainbow finish is brilliant and the rose gold finish is very true to the color of genuine 14k rose gold.

Response from Anhem· Dec 11, 2024
Hello, we are sorry to hear about the delay in your replacement. Although it does get quite busy around this time of year, our small team does try to have all returns and exchanges processed as soon as possible! Though sometimes, it does take longer than usual and that's what seemed to happen here and we apologize for any inconvenience.
