The process to find the right fit to work with our team was quick and easy. A short phone call with Josh led to an introductory meeting with Chad who seems to be a perfect fit for what we need. Working with Alexis Pappas from the Anderson Frank New York office restored my faith in the recruiting process. From the start Alexis showed far superior professionalism, etiquette and overall ability from her peers in the industry. Alexis was thorough, timely in communications and just on top of every aspect of the process. I felt like I was working with someone from 20 years ago. In an industry where Recruiting Consultants now hide behind technology and routinely ghost candidates; Alexis was out on the front lines - on the phone or emailing messages, even off hours to make sure she was doing her part in the process.
