They can’t get it right!
I keep changing my address in your system to my new home and the shipment keeps going to my old address. Second time I’ve had to drive 50 miles to pick it up. About done with y’all.
Response from anaviimarket.com· Jul 2, 2020
Hello Scott! We are so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. I checked your account, and it looks like your address was only updated on your customer profile, and not for the subscription. I would be happy to update this for you and give you a discount on your next purchase. I just sent you an email from [email protected], but please feel free to give us a call at 502-209-8808. We grateful to have you as a customer, and are truly sorry for this negative experience.
