I had a Cranio Sacral class prepaid, got Covid the day before, contacted the instructor and he said it would be up to AMTA as to whether they allowed me to transfer that money to a different class. When I contacted you guys, I was told no. I just lost my money. It seems pretty ridiculous. that the money could not be bumped forward to a different course, especially since I had contacted the instructor the day before to tell him I had Covid. Now I’m reluctant to ever take a class again.

too expensive, i don't make enough money as an lmt for all these stupid maintenance costs.

You do not educate on very disturbing people and all the political shit they dump on us during massage , . Just gave up on massage as a professional career , it’s a joke they will charge 180 to 250 per massage at a upperclass resort and want to pay massage therapist 20 , non livable wage. Plus working in the US is over for me ,politics and dumb people have ruined massage 🤨

I tried to renew my insurance with atma but the woman informed me on the phone that she couldn't help me and i needed to contact my company, she didn't offer to help me out or point me in the right direction i was not aware that i needed to contact my company, so i just signed up with abmp.

The level of money from need of CE's being required is not only costly but depending on individual, can be too much to afford because lack of close availability. Hotels, gas, food, and what not can be be used as a deduction but that doesnt save me much on the back end. Please create facilities to provide adequate locations for all major cities in any state.
