Overall - 4.5 Stars

Gave 4 stars because 4.5 stars was not an option. In a nutshell, the experience was between great and outstanding. Once the customer service rep understood my frustrations, communication was clear, and I was updated regularly. Unfortunately, I had to get irate before someone with answers would contact me. However, the delivery and installation were quick and easy. I don't see why it took "certified installers" after watching them use a template and check for studs, electrical, and pipes (which I had already done to pick the spot), but for the warranty, I get it. The timelines were way off from the original dates, and logistics issues were cited. Additionally, the AI bot that helps, hurts - discontinue or ensure your people update the information ASAP. You are likely losing customers because the initial conversations are unhelpful or incorrect from the start. I thank the customer service representative who took on my case for taking the extra time to explain what amp was accountable for, and that JB Hunt was not the issue. I also appreciate the additional shelf they shipped, but I asked for the gear box and received no response.

Having the AMP machine in my home feels…
Having the AMP machine in my home feels like having a full gym at my fingertips. It makes workouts so easy. Admittedly, I do not love the app, but the equipment itself is incredible.

I love the Amp
I love the Amp. BUUUUUTTTTT It took 8 weeks to deliver. Plus, the mix up between the delivery company and the warehouse added two weeks. Need to streamline it!

Great Set-Up
Direct communication was a challenge in the pre-delivery but the set up was excellent and the equipment is great. There is no shelf to hang the accessories by which is my only complaint.

Communication was good
Communication was good. Giving an estimate, up front, of when to expect delivery, would have been ideal. Delivery and installation by JB Hunt was excellent!

Almost perfect
Almost perfect. The accessories squeak as I’m going through the reps. I love the daily workout picked for me. I feel stronger already and it’s only been a couple of weeks. I was afraid of it feeling like it would rip off the wall, but it doesn’t. The installer was fantastic and driver was on time and respectful.

Good product, Ok service.
The installers did their job; however, they left as soon as they finished bolting it to the wall. We expected a little introduction on how to use it, but they weren’t the guys for that. The manual is sparse (with some AI typos), but the app is more helpful in getting going. The equipment itself is very cool — great design and solidly built!
