Ordered the same item from another company (who had it advertised on their site as available and in stock). After several days my order was inexplicably cancelled via email with the excuse that the company couldn't fulfill my order because "they would have to become an authorized dealer" for the manufacturer. Considering being blown off after ordering from company #1, after discovering you had the same item advertised at a competitive price, I decided to call and verify that the item was indeed available. Fortunately for me, Sam answered the phone. He was pleasant, professional and willing to help verify that if ordered the product actually would ship. Sam kindly offered to research, verified the product was available and that he could see no reason why it wouldn't ship. Placed my order and had it in my hands on 1/23 at noon. Outstanding customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a seamless customer experience says a lot about a company. Thank you so very much.
