If I could give 0 stars - I would. They low balled price, then almost tripled close to ship date. They picked up vehicle on assigned date and delivered it in 10 days for a 3 day trip. They never corresponded unless specifically asked and then sometimes didn’t respond at all. Their only volunteer info was the night before delivery they said our vehicle would be there in the morning. Poor poor correspondence!! Never again! This was a disaster!

What an incredibly horrible experience. Booked with them 2 months ago for a pick up for 8/11/26. Payed out deposit and was told not to worry. Called a week before pick up to confirm was told no problem all is good. Called day fore pick up they don’t have a driver, now how can that be if I booked out two months early? They claim the driver cancelled, not true they never had one booked for us and now they want 3 times the original price. They are running a scam and a big one. Will be calling the DOT and the BBB will not stop until I close them down.
