One of the rep is amazing (Jennifer) from UT so if you need to get her help, please connect with her. There was a serious charge from my account that I explained to her what happened and it seem like a quick turn around for resolution. I'm still not believing what just happened and w/o her, you wouldn't get things done. Kudos!!

Janette help me start a Zelle account. I was making mistakes. She helped me correct them. I sent the payment to the person I needed to. I thank Janette for her professional customer service. I am hoping she is recognized by America First Credit Union for her dedication to serving the customers and her fortitude to create solutions. 07/06/2026

I has been a Member of the Credit Union for almost 30 years,The Customer service is Great, the services are wonderful,No fees , good interest rates Overall, a good experience. I made the switch from Wells Fargo I'm very happy I did! couldn't have chosen a better bank. straight up with everything no hidden crap like all these other banks. Only $1 to open a saving better then other CU's they ask more,I like chat feature in the site i do everything through chat & messages i have several certificate accounts, i like bump certificate accounts i use zelle they gave me a free life insurance just because i become a member. it is the best CU. I need to give them 10 stars if i could.keep up the good job

The mobile app is excellent and I appreciate the fingerprint access feature. Overall, a good experience. I made the switch from Wells Fargo for checking, savings and credit card and I'm very happy I did! I'm now working on refinancing my mortgage with them as well.
