This is the first time I ordered from A Matter of FAX, and it was a very good experience. I initially chose the wrong shipping method, and called to see if I could change it. All it took was one quick phone call, and I received confirmation of the change as well. My shipment was received on time and it was exactly what I ordered. I'm very happy with the product and service!!

I've ordered 6 HP laserjet printers in the last month. There was a defect in one and A Matter of Fax sent a replacement immediately. All my orders were received quickly and the customer service was great. I will use this vendor again.

I am the owner of an independent music composition studio, and I go through a lot of toner printing sheet music, film scripts, etc. When I found the price of my particular toner on A Matter of Fax, I thought it was way too good to be true, but it was so cheap I thought I'd give it a go anyway. My toner came right on time and I couldn't be happier with it. And getting a call from their customer service team asking if it had arrived and if I was satisfied was the icing on the cake. I'm not even going to bother with other sites for products like this anymore!

The cartridge came fairly quickly and seemed to be just what I ordered. What really differentiated them from their competitors was the call that I received from customer service after the order. They asked if everything was up to my expectations and if there was anything that they could do to make this a better buying experience for me. I'm kind of taken back - this doesn't happen in this day and age. Highly recommended!

And I haven't had a bad experience yet... We have been replacing our out-dated printers throughout the office over the past year, each time buying from Amatteroffax. We had one printer with a tray that was stuck but we ended up working it out ourselves and it works fine.

It works the same as the original but with a lower cost.
