I contacted their customer service and they immediately looked into it, then sent me a replacement order immediately to the correct address at no additional cost. Highly recommend this product and company!!

I’ve ordered from them a few times and have had great customer service from them. I’ve encountered minor issues with my orders but customer service was quick to respond to your concerns/issues and fixed it right away. First order, the package got lost and they sent a replacement right away. Second order, received today and one of the colognes’ cap twisted opened and half spilled out; sent them an email and a picture, without any issues, they’re sending a replacement.
