Shipping is horrible. No tracking info from ups. Should use a different company they are making your Buisiness look bad.

Hi Eric, We're glad to hear everything was good, and thank you for your business! As for the delivery, that's not something we can control once the package leaves our warehouse. Your order was placed on 5/7/21, and shipped out the same day, and with Free Ground Shipping selected. Trustpilot reviews are service reviews based on our customer service, not the shipping carrier. Your review is based on the shipping carrier and is not a fair reflection of our customer service. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, packages can take a little extra time which is beyond our control. So if you could, please contact us back and let us know what we can do to earn a 5-star review from you based on our customer service and resolve any issues you've experienced. You can reach us at 1.800.458.7895, or by email at [email protected]. Thank you! Al's Taping Tools

The product I ordered it turns out was on backorder. There was no Indication of this at the point I placed the order and did not find out until I had called some 3 days after the order and still without a shipping notification. They may want to work on the inventory availiability on the website. When I called they were very helpful and got me an alternate product to get me back to work.
