Alpha Team Animal TransportReviews of alphateamanimaltransport.org

Chris and Elysia really cared about my dog and getting her here safely. I loved the way that I got a morning and an evening video showing Bailey with information about where they were in their journey for every stop. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Bailey arrived happy and relaxed. I would definitely contact the Alpha Team again in the future. Unexpected bonus:- Bailey really bonded with Ace - a travel dog companion - along the way.

Chris and Elysia are amazing!! I have used their services twice and both times have nothing but positive feedback. Chris treats the pets like they are his own and it’s clear from how Goose (my dog) reacted when he picked him up for his second trip that he was given plenty of love and care! Elysia is incredible with communication. I woke up to a text and video everyday with an update and a location and a text before bed to keep me in the loop. I wouldn’t let Goose travel with anyone else and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Can’t recommend alpha team enough!

Receiving Echo was amazing and sooo smooth, Elysia and Chris are VERY TRUSTWORTHY people, they were in contact with me the whole time, made it so easy for me, if you find yourself here, don’t look no further this is exactly where you want to be, 1000/10!

Great communication, texts and videos! Took excellent care of the pup with plenty of rests and potty breaks. As professional as it gets, would use again in a heartbeat!

Alpha Team was great during the transport of our puppy. They were in constant contact with updates and pictures sent every day!

Excellent communication! Quick turn around! Videos and pictures along the way!

My MIL's dog was so scared of a cars and leashes. She ended up left in Colorado with us when they moved. We needed someone who was experienced and could handle her fears. They did great updated us every step of the way! She finally made it to her new home in Kentucky! I appreciate how confident he was and how sweet he was towards her. We couldn't have made this reunion happen without you! Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Not only did they pick up my dog and go out of their way to make her really feel cared for, they also went out of their way to make sure she had more food and even a new leash. They picked her up from Tennessee and brought her all the way to Missouri. These are the kind of people that let your dog lie in bed with them during thunderstorms, and they actually did just that for my dog while they had her so trust me, it’s true. Frankly I can’t say how grateful we are for these genuinely wonderful people. If I ever need pet transport again, I would 100% go through them again. I highly recommend them to keep your pet loved, taken care of and brought to you safely.
