Alpha Team Animal Transport specializes in transporting pets nationwide and internationally to and from the US. Our customer service is top-notch from start to finish with quick communication and customizable pricing for either shared rides or our VIP services. Our dedicated driver, Chris is highly experienced with both dogs and cats with over 200 successful pet transports. Our new 2024 Ram Promaster is equipped with 4 XL and 5 L kennels, each lined with a comfortable water and tear resistant kennel bed. Our van has been installed with a bed for the driver to eliminate the cost of hotel stays. This also increases safety, security and lessens the time away from your beloved pet(s). Stainless steel food and water bowls are provided, as well as bottled water. We also can provide dog and cat food but recommend sending their regular food to keep them on their current diet. During transport, you can expect to receive photos/videos, well-being and location updates at least twice a day. Eylisa and Chris were so friendly and made our experience of getting our precious boy to us so easy! We had no doubt that he was taken with great care because we were updated with on periodic stops for potty breaks and such! We had a very tight window of fitting our new puppy and they met our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had our puppy safely. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Chris and Elysia made shipping our two large dogs the smoothest part of our PCS across country. Communicated and managed everything between myself, our boarder and my family seamlessly. I will without a doubt be calling on them again.

Thank you so much for taking care of our dog on his move from Chicago to California! This aspect of our move was definitely the most stressful so this experience made it so much better. The multiple daily updates and check ins were very reassuring, and the constant communication made us feel at ease with the whole process. You could tell that our dog enjoyed his trip when he arrived because he didn’t want to leave the driver 🤣 you all are the best, we cannot thank you enough!!

I had a very scared Irish wolfhound Pup and I was worried about her. They were so professional and did well with her. They reported and took videos and pictures. Was always very prompt responding to any questions we had. Chris was great.
