Great patio chairs, easy to assemble

We contacted Alphamarts to let them know our firepit arrived without the hardware. They reached out to us immediately and did everything to correct the issue. Although there was a delay in receiving the hardware, they were in contact with us every step of the way. We have now received the hardware and look forward to purchasing more items from Alphamarts.

I just received an alpha mart hydraulic stool and it won't adjust. When I sit on it...it goes all the way down and then pops all the way up. Won't adjust. I called the number 877-606-2818 and it disconnected. I like the stool - but it doesn't work properly and I can't get any assistance.

I bought six chairs and a table. One of the chairs was welded wrong. I notified the company by email and they immediately rectified the problem by sending another chair. The chair arrived immediately. This company has GREAT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! I would definitely do business again here.

I had one of those orders that just kept going south at no ones fault no matter what we did for 5 weeks. But. Thank God the girls in the customer service department that I worked with were as tenacious as needed and I finally received my second chair. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism, willingness to work hard to help and their effort to keep me updated on my order. I thank them here.

My experience with Alpha Mart customer service was excellent. I used their email option to report that one of the two spring chairs I ordered required a replacement leg part. I received a reply the same day informing me that the part had to be ordered from the factory. When they realized that the part wasn’t available, they apologized for the delay and opted to send me two replacement chairs. This solution was obviously way beyond any expectation. Great customer service! Love the chairs!
