Ordered table and chairs, the table had a few dents in it. I contacted customer service and they quickly replaced the table. Looking forward to sharing many meals with friends and family on this table.

We ordered a table and chairs set from Alphamarts which was very easy to assemble and came exactly as described. A couple of months later we noticed a problem with two of the chairs, I emailed customer service and after a couple more emails regarding the problem we were sent two new replacement chairs all this happened within a week. I would say their customer service is 5 Star.

I bought an outdoor table from this company via Target. It arrived with several dents and scratches, likely from the shipping process. I emailed customer service, and they offered to send me a replacement, free of charge! The replacement arrived in much better condition.

We purchased a patio table and chairs. We selected this particular set because the table dimensions were slightly smaller than in some sets and it fit in the limited space we had. Everything was easy to assemble but 2 out of 4 T-bar parts had damage. We were able to email the company (the phone number that's included doesn't work) and quickly received replacement parts. It took a total of 3-4 days to receive them so we could finish assembling the set.

Unfortunately the product was damaged and had to work with the company to get a resolution. I would have preferred a reasonable offer of restitution without having to ask for more. The first offer was an insult but they did agree to a partial refund that I could live with. Hopefully the chairs will last a couple seasons but the lightweight construction has me skeptical. If I was purchasing in a brick and mortar store I would have passed as the quality doesn’t match the price! Looks nice in a photo…

In 06/2022 I ordered a patio set and it was delivered without screws needed to assemble chairs. I contacted Alphamarts by email as you don’t have the capability to call them. After several messages regarding problem they stated they were going to mail my screws for chairs. Waited two weeks. But they mailed screws to the wrong address. Warning don’t buy from them, there furniture is not labeled correctly and hard to assemble. The furniture is delivered without required screws and it’s hard to get replacement. Their customer service is bad. 07/20/22 Still waiting for screws. This furniture comes from china . Buyer beware.

It’s a beautiful Sunbrella & is well constructed. There was one small broken hook that attached part of the fabric to the frame. I could have tried to repair it myself had the company sent me a replacement part. The company went one huge step better! I was sent a complete, brand new Sunbrella replacement. Companies such as this don’t come any better. They stand by their product.
