I ordered a 7 piece outdoor patio set. I didn't receive the correct arm chairs to make the "arm sofa". I have tried numerous times on email to get them to allow me to return for refund or a new, different set. It is cheap, cushions are thin and ripping. I am passed.

The furniture arrived much sooner than expected. Instructions were clear, all parts included (plus a couple of spares) and assembly was easy. I had a couple of questions, and communication with the mfr was quick, clear, simple and resolved. The piece is well made and so beautiful. Very pleased with my purchase and I'd highly recommend.

After submitting our order we determined that the umbrella would not work on our patio. We requested that the order be canceled. They promptly canceled and refunded our money.

Our patio set is beautiful and of very good quality. Unfortunately, our table arrived damaged; but the customer service team quickly sent us a new one! Very pleased with the purchase and the experience!

We received an outdoor fire pit for a gift and an important part was missing. I contacted customer service via email and heard back almost immediately. After emails confirming our purchase, our part was on it's way to us and we got it in 10 days. Very pleased with the entire experience.
