Terrible experience. Multiple delays, and they couldn't deliver what I wanted, no matter how thorough I was. My advice to anyone is to learn how apps are made. It takes more than a good idea to do business. These companies don't mind taking advantage of you and telling you to F off after they get your money.

We hired Alpha Bravo Development in 2022 to replace DJ Event Planner - a system for clients to manage their upcoming wedding or event, and mangage our internal logistics. Our old system was quite outdated and did not provide the level of customization we needed. After a lot of research, we found Alpha Bravo Development and they pitched us on a contract to completely replace DJEP with a custom solution. We decided to move forward with Alpha Bravo on the contract and quickly was reassured we made the right choice. From the very first kick off call, the team was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. The initial design process was efficient and produced a significant upgrade from the outdated system. The development process was smooth and the work was very high-quality. We have since completed the management system, and it successfuly handles all of our event scheduling, client planning, payroll, CRM, and equipment management. We are very pleased with the outcome and work with them on a monthly basis for regular maintenance and support. We can not thank the entire team for the dedication and commitment to this project, and would highly recommend them to other businesses.
