Thank you for your review. We are not associated with Amazon, but there are third party Amazon Sellers who purchase from us and ship directly to their customers. If you purchased an item on Amazon but it was delivered by us, the seller from whom you purchased it from likely placed the order through our site to have it shipped to you. We recommend contacting the Amazon store directly through your Amazon order or using the contact information on the billing address of your invoice for assistance, as we would not have insight into their product listings. They can assist with listing issues, refunds, returns and exchanges since they are the ones that completed the transaction with you. It may also be beneficial to contact Amazon customer service directly, as the product you received sounds like it may have been damaged due to exposure to heat. We apologize for the inconvenience. Grace - Thank you for your review. All of our products typically have an expiration date that is 18-24 months out, but we always guarantee at least 3 months of shelf life. It appears that you purchased a 30-day supply of the product so the supplement will not be expiring before that time; However, if you'd like to return the product you are welcome to do so. You do have the option of returning the product at your expense, but we can provide a company-generated shipping label for a small fee, as well, and the shipping label will be free if you choose to have your refund issued to you in the form of a store credit. Hi Jamie, Thank you for your review. I can see that we shipped 2 out of the 12 products that you ordered, and I apologize that we were unable to ship your order completely. We charge your credit card for the entire order you place with AllStarHealth.com at the time of purchase. This ensures that the inventory that we receive is designated to your order as soon as it is available to ship. This is a standard backorder procedure, which enables our system to hold your order open until the items are in stock. We never charge additional fees for split shipping your order, and we will notify you of any unforeseen delays in shipping the second package. If you would prefer to cancel your backorder, you may do so at any time. Otherwise, we will ship your backordered items to you as soon as we receive them into our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and if you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

Hi Marene, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that your order will not arrive as quickly as you expected it to! Once any order is placed, it goes back into the warehouse so it can be fulfilled. Most of our orders are able to ship the same day or next day, but there is a small chance that we might encounter a stock issue where one or more of the products may be low in stock or out-of-stock. I can see that this was the case with one of the Natural Sources products on your order. Since this product was not in stock, we held your order for a few days because we were expecting for a new product shipment to arrive in hopes that we could ship your entire order together, in one shipment. Thankfully, we were able to ship your order out on 7/25/24, 4 business days after your order was placed. Transit time is typically 1-5 business days, so we apologize that your shipment is taking a bit longer to arrive than usual. We recently started using FedEx as a Domestic Standard shipping option so your orders may ship through this carrier in the future. If you prefer UPS, you are always welcome to select the UPS Ground option which will ensure your package is not shipped with FedEx. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any other comments or concerns, please let us know.
