I don't know about all these negative reviews, I order a few Muscle Pharm supplements late Friday night and they over nighted them to me after the weekend. Got them this morning (Tuesday) and all I payed was the standard flat rate. Great service if you pay attention to what your doing. Some of these bad reviews sound like operator error to me. My experience was great and you can't beat the prices.

Im a regular customer of allstarhealt, Never Had an issue, except at first identifying my credit card, after that it was like a breeze. I can see that most complains here are for people who already having issues with their transactions, card address.

This is a warning to all those outside the USA who are thinking about using allstarhealth.com The prices may seem cheap but they are NOT because you pay customs. I've ordered thousands of things from across the world and allstarhealth.com do not absorb any customs fees. They hide this in the t&C you checkout with to tie you up in a contract so there is nothing you can do about it. I am in the UK for example and my customs charge was a 1/3 of my total order cost! AVOID. I shall be writing to google to inform them of the price comparison listings that allstarhealth.com use to try and work their way to the top because this is not fair. I sent a mail to allstarhealth.com to see if they would reply but they have ignored me. Please read these reviews. Does allstarhealth.com have a good rating? Nope.

Wanted to place an order with this company as their prices are so low! I couldn't even get past the 'Shipping Details' as it wouldn't let me input United Kingdom! Hopefully this isn't because we've left the EU?!

I also was unable to duplicate the issue you are having. Please try again, and simply choose United Kingdom on the drop down menu for Country, and then select your shipping method of preference! i decided to use all health-star because it offers great prices, and i like to buy supplements online, this was the first experience and the worst experience because I did the order without any problem with my credit card but then I received an email from the company that asked for my own personal information as a policy, so they asked me to scan my credit card and passport to continue processing the order. I send some emails because I do not feel safe sending my personal details and they only said it was a policy. Therefore, I called the bank and they said they had already processed payment and all star health are just asking my credit card and personal identification. It's a bad experience because it is the first page that ask those scanners to proceed with the order already paid , not delivered, I'm still waiting for a reply to cancel my order because I am not able to send my personal identifications.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while placing your order. Your credit card security is very important to us. Sometimes, the information provided to us by your credit card company is not sufficient for us to verify that you are the cardholder. In these instances, we have added an extra layer of protection to insure you are the cardholder and are authorized to make this purchase. Our primary security method is to charge and refund your card for a small amount between $0.01 and $2.00 and ask you to log in to your issuing bank's web site to verify the exact amount that was charged and refunded. If you were unable to provide this information, we would have to request that you send the copies mentioned in your review as a final attempt to verify that you are authorized to purchase using the credit card provided. Please understand we do this to protect our customers from credit card theft, and that we will only do it this one time so that we can approve your account for all future orders. I hope this better explains the request for additional information. We don't need the scans if you prefer to use the first verification method. An outstanding experience: received my order within 2 weeks (standard delivery to Canada), the item is in perfect condition. I really don't know what the folks are complaining about, on my end, I can say they just earned a new loyal customer

Ok, if you look at my profile I don't write reviews, but after my experience I really thought it was necessary. Customer Service is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. First time ordering and will not deal with them again. After receiving an email asking me to contact them because my billing address and my CC was not matching in their system. I gave them a call and talked to Jermaiah who was extremely unhelpful. He told me that my billing information was not matching the information that was listed for the card I was paying with and that his initial authorization would not go through. Why are they running authorization charges and not sales? Are they planning on hitting my card multiple times. I run a event rental business and we would only do this we we had to charge a security deposit. We no longer do this because of how long it ties peoples money up with the banks. Even if I don't have the correct billing on someones card I can still process payment. I then proceeded to check with my bank, both my billing information he had and my bank were both the same. He then said there is nothing he could do to process the order on his end. But they had already hit my account with the charge. Then when asked to talk to someone else he said there is no one else to talk to. When asked to speak to a supervisor he said there are no supervisors. So I guess everyone there is a supervisor. I then asked to cancel my order and refund my money. He said that he had done it, but the $300 authorization could take up to 30 days to reverse. How are they able to authorize my CC and hold my money, but cant seem to process the charge if their service says that the billing doesn't match.

Just so you know, the card was never charged, it was just a pre-authorization which just holds the funds until the order is processed. Since we were unable to update your address, the authorization was voided and that only takes 24 hours to clear most of the time. I hope you will allow us to provide a resolution tomorrow when we call. We also hope that you will give us the chance to earn back your business.

Several times, I ended up with something in my cart that I did not intend to order. I try to be very careful, but somehow it kept happening. Customer support was not helpful. I ended up deleting my account and started using muscleandstrength.com instead. Their prices are as good and sometimes even better. Shipping is also much, much faster.
