Thank you for your review. We apologize for the confusion. Your original charge was canceled as we had not received a response to our email requests for additional information. Typically a voided transaction should fall off of the account within about 1-3 business days, so if this charge still appears in the account we would recommend contacting your bank for details on when this transaction will be removed. Once you contacted us to process the order, we charged a new transaction for the order total. As the package was lost in transit, per our email conversation a full refund was applied for this transaction today once the loss was reported. Please accept our apologies for the package not arriving, and please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

Nga, this is your 4th review on this site about the same order. We understand you are very upset about this, and we want to assist in any way we can with speeding up the resolution for you. We have taken all steps to show your bank that we have refunded you in full, including sending the transaction number from the refund, accepting the chargeback, and writing and emailing them multiple times. We emailed your bank again yesterday, and cc'd you on the email. We will continue to work with them but we have confirmed with our payment processing company that the funds were refunded on our end. This has never happened, so we encourage your to please reach out to your bank again to resolve this on their end. I sincerely apologize and am not sure why there is any further delay, but please email us if there are further issues with your refund. We'll keep repeating the steps until your bank finally refunds you.

When your order was placed, you chose a shipping method called DHL Global mail and were provided with the following disclaimer: "Typically 1 to 4 weeks transit (10 days to Europe, Canada, Pacific). Reliable but NOT trackable and NOT refundable if lost/damaged. Delivered by the local post office. For orders up to $70 and 4 pounds. " Unfortunately the shipper does not provide detailed tracking information for this service so we are not able to provide an exact ETA, but your package will most likely arrive by 5/10/23. You can see limited details by visiting the DHL site to track your package: https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home.html?locale=true. Please enter tracking GM275114254123546325. Additionally you can sometimes track the package once it reaches your local carrier, by using the following link: https://track.bpost.cloud/btr/web/#/home?lang=en. If the package does not arrive by that time, we would recommend that you contact your local customs department directly to make sure there were no issues with clearing customs. I researched your order for you and it does appear that the supplement you ordered appears to be prohibited in several European countries. Unfortunately as we advise in our checkout notice, packages that do not clear customs are typically abandoned or returned. We incur both outbound and return ship fees in the case the packages are returned. That is why we ask our customers to agree to this disclaimer at checkout because we want to be as transparent as possible about the fact that some nutritional supplements may not be allowed through your local customs office, and as we have no control over customs policies.
