I ordered a game with sleeves in june. They sent me only the sleeves. The customer service is pathetic. Every couple of weeks I ask for my paid game, the say it will be delivered....and nothing happens

I ordered the Moytura Base Game, Mag Mell Expansion and Deluxe Poker Chips and paid $115 including shipping. Nearly three months later, I still have not received my order. The worst part is not only the delay, but how little Allplay has helped. When the shipment encountered customs problems in Vietnam, I was left to handle almost everything myself. Their support has been extremely limited, and they have not provided a proper solution. Once they received my payment, it felt like my missing order was no longer their concern. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I strongly recommend that international customers avoid buying from Allplay, especially if they expect the company to help when a delivery problem occurs.

I ordered the Jasper Modular shelves through the AllPlay company. I spent over $2,000. They took the money immediately and then... nothing. You are able to track the shipment through an entirely different app, after a few weeks I noticed nothing was happening. I tried to contact the company. There was an auto-response that said they would respond in 3-5 days. 5 days went by and nothing. Then I tried to cancel the order, but there is no way to do that and no where to contact the company in a way they respond to. After a week, then and only then did they ship some of the items. But only about 80% of the items. So now I have some items coming to my house and some canceled and again no way to reach the company. I wouldn't say it's bad customer service as much as no customer service. There is a reason there is no where to easily read reviews on them, they clearly try to hide anything negative about the company. Perhaps they should use some of that effort into caring for their customers. Fraudulent company. Buyer beware! Stay away!
