Placed a large order. Never received product. I emailed several times. "It's coming this week." Nothing. They say it will ship in 36hrs. It has been 5 weeks with no tracking number or communication.

Shipped order was incomplete, I was charged for all items but one item wasn't shipped. When I contacted them they said it was unavailable for shipment but I haven't been given a refund or alternative product. I've ordered several times before and this is the first problem...but apparently I'm just out of my money.

I ordered what I thought was a name brand hormone replacement tablet as shown in the image on AllMedKarts website. I received generic tablets. Numerous emails back and forth and each time I was told ‘we send best product available- just use it’ - even tho I repeatedly stated I could not use the generic brand. Wish I had been aware that the images they use for products on their website are for reference only. I now have almost a full year’s worth of product I can’t use. So just beware before you order.

Your payment method is no longer simple as it used to be. I was not able to follow through with order.

I never received my order.
