Best Price, Very quick delivery

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for items that were supposed to be in stock. I was only able to communicate (chat) with them once. Tried telephone and email. They said it would ship the next morning. A week later and the website still says “processing”. Poor communication!

Amazed, my purchase was sent out the same day as ordered. Will definately be a returning customer.

Price...... Delivery..... met expectations

I was able to obtain a somewhat rare component at a very competitive price. It was delivered as promised. And I am a happy camper.

Overall good experience. Price was favorable. I didn’t see any tracking info, so after about a week I made one phone call to check the status. The nice fella on that end said he’d get right on it and find out. Two hours later I had the tracking info and the packed arrived a few days later. Whatever the mix up he straightened it out immediately! Great service.

Customer Service is really only shown when there are problems. My order had a problem. Customer service responded in a timely manner and fixed the problems. This kind of response shows a company that we all should patronize to keep around. They did a good job. This is in addition to having good pricing and quick shipping.

Communication and response to messages is terrible. Satisfied with the product, but could not get a return phone call after leaving several messages. E-mails were not replied to either.
